Generally, you should have the following a Bachelor’s Degree, Teaching certification because Singapore is a nation that gives a lot of importance to the certifications, a TEFL is considered as the minimum qualification required for an ESL teaching position. Another prerequisite is having at least 1 year of work experience as a teacher. Lastly, Native-level English proficiency will be of great help. Although non-native speakers can also apply native speakers have a better chance of getting selected.
